HOW LONG DOES A NEWBORN SESSION LAST?
Most newborn sessions last 2-3 hours. We always follow your baby’s needs and allow time for feeding, soothing, and breaks. The session is relaxed and never rushed so we can capture natural moments and peaceful portraits.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR FOR OUR NEWBORN SESSION?
I recommend simple clothing that keeps the focus on your baby and your connection as a family. Solid colors and soft neutrals photograph beautifully and help create timeless images. For mothers who are nursing, dresses or tops that open easily can make feeding breaks more comfortable. For babies, fitted clothing works best so outfits don’t bunch or rise up during photos. I also have clothing available for babies.
WHAT IF MY BABY IS OLDER THAN TWO WEEKS?
The beauty of lifestyle newborn sessions is that we are not limited to the first two-week window. Because the session is baby-led and focused on natural connection, we can still create beautiful newborn photographs even if your baby is a little older. These sessions capture your family together and the early days at home in an authentic, relaxed way.
How many images will I receive?
16 retouched digital images from your proofing gallery, plus the option to purchase additional images or your full gallery.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
Your online proofing gallery will be ready within 14 days. You'll choose your favorite 16 images to download, with the option to add extra images for $20 each — or unlock the entire gallery for $200.
